In a quiet residential area, just outside the medieval walls of Pisa in Tuscany is this architect-designed villa for sale. Designed by Gae Aulenti (1927 – 2012) and constructed in 1973 it is the only example of her residential work in the whole of Tuscany.
Easily accessible from the city road network, the property (464 sqm, 4/5 bedrooms) is in an ideal location, within walking distance of services and amenities and just a ten-minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The city hospital is about 10’ by car from the villa. Leaving Pisa, Florence can be reached in about an hour and a half and the well-known exclusive towns of the Tuscan coast such as Marina di Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi… in less than half an hour.
