In a quiet residential area, just outside the medieval walls of Pisa in Tuscany is this architect-designed villa for sale. Designed by Gae Aulenti (1927 – 2012) and constructed in 1973 it is the only example of her residential work in the whole of Tuscany.
Easily accessible from the city road network, the property (464 sqm, 4/5 bedrooms) is in an ideal location, within walking distance of services and amenities and just a ten-minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The city hospital is about 10’ by car from the villa.
