The property is composed of two main buildings in a panoramic position. The main house is set on two levels where are located the office, the presentation room and the tasting room as well as the wine cellar on the ground floor.

The land included in this organic wine estate extends for 64 hectares, 52 of which are planted with vine grapes producing 4500 tons of grapes and approximately 420,000 bottles.
The company, one of the biggest organic wine estates, is one of the most famous Italian reality for the production of DOC and one of the two companies producing DOCG wine in Umbria.
The wine is made in the cellars inside (with more than 100 barrique originally selected, high quality) to the property and nearby wineries partners. The property includes two houses with several outbuildings and garages: the first house in a dominant position on the property is renovated and equipped offices, conference presentations and tastings, plus wine cellar on the ground floor, the other house is completely recovered with a very large size. In addition to real estate, everything is sold inclusive of equipment and machinery.
The vineyard is characterized by a model plant with 228,000 vines, advanced drainage system, spurred cordon, end posts in wood and galvanized steel intermediate, with 5000 vines per hectare sesto of 2.50 x 0.80 and 4000 vines per hectare on 32 acres with sesto of 2.50 x 1 m.
Among the 52 hectares, 55% are cultivated with red varieties (28.5 hectares), with 9.3 hectares of Sangiovese, 7.2 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 3.8 hectares of Merlot, 2.3 hectares of Cabernet Franc and 1.2 hectares respectively of Malbech, Canaiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sagrantino. The 45% of the grapes (23.5 hectares) are planted with white grapes, producing the following types of wines: 6.9 hectares of Chardonnay, 4 hectares of Trebbiano Toscano, 3 hectares of Grechetto, 2.9 hectares of Fiano, 2 hectares of Pecorino, 3 hectares of Tramier, 1.1 hectares of Viognier and 1 hectare of Semillion.
The wine is made in the local wine cellar, whose production capacity is around 20,000 bottles.
When the amount exceeds the capacity of the company’s wine cellar, the wine is produced in a partner cellar. The winery has 100 internal barriques made with selected oak wood.
