Located halfway between Monte San Savino and Arezzo is this luxury villa with 2.7 hectares of vineyards and within walking distance to a small town with services. The villa is currently used by the owners as an income property, renting the entire villa in the summer for holiday accommodation and the vineyards are currently rented out.  The layout of the home is such that it could be easily used as a luxury private home without the need for any space reorganization or alteration.
