Close to a medieval hamlet (2km; 5’)  and the town Cesena (10km; 20’) in Emilia Romagna this luxury property was originally built in the first half of the 20th century, was enlarged in the 1980s and then ultimately restored in 2004 with a full remake of all the systems, conforming to the current anti-seismic rules and replacement of all the fixtures (both inside and outside) and an improvement to energy performance.
