The complex is within easy reach of the Etruscan Volterra (32km; 45’), the medieval Monteriggioni (36km; 40’), Siena (56km; 1h 5’), the Renaissance Florence (66km; 1h 30’) and the papal Pienza (103km; 1h 45’).
Right next to the property (in the municipalities of Gambassi Terme and Montaione) there is the Parco Benestare (3km on foot), a real geological paradise with minerals outcrops and sulphurous water springs.

The old wine-cellar (1,123 sqm – 12,083 sqft) has been reworked into a new building, including a restaurant (205 sqm – 2,236 sqft), two smaller wine-cellar (554 sqm – 5,991 sqft) for the production and ageing of wine, the reception and offices for the activity (160 sqm – 1,751 sqft), some storage rooms (53 sqm – 600 sqft) and some apartments for the staff (137 sqm – 1,505 sqft).

The Complex N°6 is nowadays earmarked to agricultural use and includes three constructions. The two-story main building is prevalently made up of bricks (only a few parts are stone-made) and has various storage rooms and a cellar on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are two accommodations for the staff.
The second building, a two-story construction too, was originally a barn (as proved by the brick pattern). On the ground floor there are two storage rooms (accessible through archways) and a small garage. On the first floor there is another accommodation fort the staff made up of three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette.
Last, there is a small depot on a single floor with a metal awning.
The storage rooms and depot have an area of 295 sqm (3,174 sqft), while the accommodations cover a total of 311 sqm (3,346 sqft).

On the outside there is also another building, named “La Capanna”, including two small storage rooms at one of the extremities and leaving the remaining surface (shared by the tenants and located near the complex of “La Torre”) to be used as a social recreational area. The complex includes two Villas, one close to the other and each fitted with a private swimming pool and outdoor spaces.

This Tuscan wine estate with an agriturismo holiday complex is in excellent condition and with every renovation the original rusticity of the complex has been preserved. The buildings, once intended as accommodations for the workers of the property, are made up of stone on the outside, while the internal walls have been almost completely plastered, leaving just some bits of visible stone. Roofs are sustained by beautiful wooden beams and floors are covered in terracotta tiles while furniture, realized in woods and marble, dates often back to the 18th and 19th century.
The complex is fitted with swimming pools, two of which are private and reserved for the two villas, the others shared by other residents.
