77.1-ha organic estate in Tuscany, on the slopes of Chianti Fiorentino, just a few kilometres from Montespertoli, with Chianti DOCG vineyards (19.7 ha), wine cellar, and rustic farmhouse needing renovation. The business centre is spread across two levels. The winery cellar (928 sqm – 9,985 sqft) has a capacity of roughly 2,000 hl (cement and fibreglass vats) on the lower floor, while the upper floor holds all administrative offices, numerous warehouses, and the bottling line. The structure also comprises two rooms that will need to be restored where the ageing barrels were previously housed.
An old farmhouse (515 sqm – 5,541 sqft) is a rustic multi-floor building that includes several storage areas and three apartments (totaling 276 sqm) to be restored. Two of these units could easily be joined to create a much larger dwelling.
