The building was built over the ruins of a nineteenth-century farmhouse and the works were supervised by a well-known Italian architect. To the central body, which recalls the style of rural houses with walls covered in stone and wooden beams inside, there are two turrets with modern and angular profiles and characterized by large windows that guarantee a splendid view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. ‘building.

The villa has a surface area of 255 sqm on two floors laid out as follows
The main part of the villa is reminiscent of a Tuscan country house and arranged entirely on one floor with various accesses from the outside, and is completed by two “turrets” connected to the central body by glazed corridors.
Half of the central body is entirely occupied by a spacious living area where there is the living room, a beautiful open kitchen with dining / breakfast area and an external canopy (21 sqm). A few metres from the house is the 13 × 7 m swimming pool, covered in stone and surrounded by a solarium (also in stone).
