This prestigious Tuscan wine estate located near to Castellina in Chianti enjoys wonderful panoramic views over the surrounding Tuscan hills, Chianti Classico vineyards and olive groves.
The estate is within easy reach of the most beautiful towns and villages in Tuscany, such as e.g. Siena (21km), Greve in Chianti (28km), Poggibonsi (30km), San Gimignano (40km) and Florence (50km).
Florence-Peretola airport is the nearest airport, only 58 km away, Pisa-Galilei airport can be reached in one hour and forty minutes, while the two international airports in Rome are approx. three hours away.

The property is made up of the 18th-century villa with a wellness center and meeting room, Agriturismo, restaurant, barn with three apartments, storage rooms and riding stables.

The villa, dating back to the 18th century, is currently used as 4 stars hotel. It has a surface of 1,250 sqm and is laid out on three levels plus the basement floor. It has 25 bedrooms with a bathroom, for a total of 65 beds. The large and bright bedrooms are furnished in Tuscan style.
The wellness centre of the hotel has a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower, small pool, relaxation room, whirlpool bath, room with gym equipment.
The meeting room is very suitable to arrange conferences and meeting. It has a surface of 110 sqm and seats up to 50 people.

The Agriturismo includes four large apartments and 12 bedrooms with bathrooms, for a total of 50 beds. Moreover, it comprises cellar rooms for bottling and storing wine, equipped with all the necessary tools to produce it.

The restaurant (690 smq) with a panoramic terrace can accommodate up to 80 guests internally. It has a large and fully equipped kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and locker rooms, cellar and a large garden and panoramic terrace.

The barn with three apartments has a surface of 260 square metres and includes seven bedrooms.

The storage rooms have a surface of 85 sqm.

The riding stables include 11 boxes and 10 hectares of paddocks, a stud farm, an examination room, boarding stables for stallions and broodmares.

All the buildings are in excellent condition since they have been finely restored both externally and internally over the years. They have been restored using high-quality materials and keeping the historic features of the villa and the typical style of the farmhouses unchanged. Both the bedrooms of the hotel and of the Agriturismo have been tastefully restored and equipped with all comforts.

The estate is made up of 180 hectares of land, of which 10 ha of Chianti Classico DOCG, 3,000 olive trees in full production, 100 ha of mixed woodland, arable land and grazing land.
