The upper floor would provide a living room or study, three further bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The proposed outdoor area extends to approximately 437 square metres and includes an entrance courtyard and garden. The central courtyard could potentially accommodate an additional outdoor swimming pool, subject to approval.

This project also includes the proposed 76-square-metre guesthouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and private outdoor space.

Project 3: Two-Family Villa

The third proposal provides approximately 572 square metres of residential accommodation divided between two independent homes.

House A would extend to approximately 198 square metres and include a living and dining room, separate kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

House B would provide approximately 214 square metres, with a living and dining room, separate kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A basement garage of around 160 square metres would be divided into three areas. The central section would be shared, while the two side garages would be allocated separately to each residence and connected directly to the homes by internal staircases.

An additional detached garage of approximately 105 square metres could be assigned to either residence.

Both homes would have private garden areas within the central courtyard. House B would also have a separate garden of approximately 163 square metres, while the two properties would share a further landscaped area.

A separate outbuilding of approximately 101 square metres is positioned at the rear of the site. It is currently designated for commercial use but could potentially be adapted as a guesthouse, subject to planning consent and any required change of use.
